What if a developer has a different vision?

Part of being developer-friendly involves being flexible.  The owners are very willing to consider other ideas.

Will residential lots be available for individuals?

The owner's goal is to sell large parcels to residential developers.

It is anticipated that a variety of home types will be offered, including condos, single family, townhouses, and live-work.

Waterfront lots as well as non-waterfront lots are envisioned.

 

Will there be deed restrictions and architectural standards?

Yes. Deed restrictions and architectural standards will be developed.

Will there be restrictions on signage?

Yes, especially along Contraband Parkway. Preferred signage will be "monument" type signs.
